We are a small, local Property Management Group that specializes in alternative housing opportunities for nonprofit agencies  and non-traditional tenants. 

 

We’ve  provided housing for OPWDD clients, international,  grad, and exchange students,  The Homeless and Travelers Aid society, RSS, Section 8, The Circle’s Edge Inc., and St Catherine's to name a few.   

 

Our Apartment units consist of bright sunny spacious efficiencies and one bedrooms with modern updated kitchens and appliances.  We also are a pet friendly building and happily house cats, rabbits, fish,  and even small dogs.

 

Moreover, our properties are near to public transportation, grocery stores, libraries, post offices, etc.  And our buildings typically house quiet International and grad students, seniors, and the disabled.

Additionally,  we are able to receive rental payments via Direct debit, money orders, and even PayPal.
